Not sure if this is as intended but Chardock does not seem to flex.. started solo instance and the LB mobs in the front were wailing on me for 100-300 a hit. i was able to kill a few before i was taken out by a green. (55 SK)
Tried to relog and rezone.. nope all mobs still hit like tanks there

I couldn't reproduce this bug. My instances scaled. Are you sure you weren't in the public zone as opposed to your instance? Also note that you need at least 2 players if your instance type is Group and at least 6 players if your instance type is Guild. Were you running solo?

Tried again Created Solo Instance Verified "solo instance created" Started attacking first light blue Smacking me for 75-200 i can kill them but it requires constant life taps etc and 0 mana after a Light Blue Kill

started solo instance today - no flexed mobs re logged; did not flex Zoned to pok then back to chardock... re-entered solo.. nadda

You need to let the zone despawn (5 minutes minimum). We use dynamic zones so they are only loaded if people are in them. If the timer hits the 5 minute mark of no one in them, it depops. When you re-enter then, it will reload spawns randomly from their probabilities. Keep doing this til you see Scaling Raid Mobs... COMPLETED notification. There is something in a few zones with LOTS of spawns (chardok, hole, etc) that seems to be error'ing out the script that handles flexing mobs. Just have to keep trying as a workaround until I can pinpoint what is going on.

Ran into this bug as well. Some mobs seem to work fine, others have the HP flexed but not their damage, notably the Chokidai, though some other Sarnaks too.
